Opened in early 2008, the bistrop was the brainchild ofMike Fine, who successfullhy launched and then sold the Sportsman’s Fine Wine and Spirits concept now owned by Bashas’. The restauranf closed May 30, Fine said. “It’es just been a struggle from the beginning. We openede at a really bad time,” he said.
